Due to an increase in spam and incomplete inquiries, all inquiries require a brief phone call before I can provide availability or a proposal.
For all proposal requests, I charge a $75 proposal-development fee (pay here) to honor the time, energy and detail that goes into custom menu design and event planning. If we move forward together, this fee will be fully applied toward your event deposit.
