About Elisa

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and the landscapes, seasons, and wild foods of this region have shaped the way I cook. As the oldest in a large family, I grew up feeding the people I loved. I learned early on that food is one of the most powerful ways to nurture, connect, and to create moments of comfort and joy. That experience became the foundation of who I am as a chef today.

If I’m not in the kitchen, I’m often in the Olympic Mountains, wandering local Kitsap County trails, foraging for seasonal treasures, exploring farmers markets, dancing, painting, or writing poetry.

Those moments fuel my creativity, bringing artistry into every dish I make.

I’m a mother of two young children who bring more motivation and meaning to my life than anything else. They remind me daily why nourishment matters, and why slowing down to share good food is such a gift. At the heart of my work is the hope that each meal I create helps people feel more grounded, cared for, and more connected to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.
