How my pricing works....

Since I offer a range of services, cost is largely dependent on what the specific requests are.

My standard rate of labor is $110hr for my catering and private chef work.

This will be reflected in the per person cost for catering requests, along with additional charges for kitchen rental (if needed), taxes and service charge. The cost of ingredients is always paid for by the client as a separate charge.

About Elisa

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and the landscapes, seasons, and wild foods of this region have shaped the way I cook. As the oldest in a large family, I grew up feeding the people I loved. I learned early on that food is one of the most powerful ways to nurture, connect, and to create moments of comfort and joy. That experience became the foundation of who I am as a chef today.

I am endlessly inspired by nature. If I’m not in the kitchen, I’m often in the Olympic Mountains, wandering local Kitsap County trails, foraging for seasonal treasures, or exploring farmers markets around the state. Those moments outdoors fuel my creativity, bringing freshness and artistry into every dish I make.

I’m also a mother of two young children who bring more joy, motivation, and meaning to my life than anything else. They remind me daily why nourishment matters, and why slowing down to share good food is such a gift. At the heart of my work is the hope that each meal I create helps people feel more grounded, cared for, and more connected to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.
